Are children permitted?
Yes! This trip is a great opportunity to strengthen the faith of our young ones. We scheduled it when the kids are out of school so that they would be able to attend.
Note for Families with Small Children:If your child will be under the age of one or does not handle car rides well, it would be kind to wait to take this tour when they are better able to enjoy the trip. We would like you, as well as your fellow brothers and sisters, to have a pleasant trip. (1 Cor. 10:24) There is no discount for children travelers regardless of their age. All children must ride in their own seat with the appropriate safely device/seat.
Will this trip have a lot of walking?
Yes. This trip will have a lot of walking and each person or someone in their party will need to be able to handle/carry all of their own luggage.
I need a wheel chair, can i join the trip?
Yes. If you need a wheelchair, you will need to have someone in your own party to push and/or assist you. Some of the tour locations offer wheelchairs for those who need them, upon request. We may be able to secure a bus with a lift, if you require a mobility device that you must sit in on the bus. However, you will need to pay for the additional seat space that the devise occupies. Why is the Bethel trip by Dolyn Teatime Co. llc.?
This allows us as a group to have access to certain privileges only available to companies. Also, we want to ensure we are honest in all things when paying back Caesar’s things to Caesar. We have added an optional Teatime experience to our trip to avail ourselves of these and other benefits.
English is not my first language. can i request tours in my mother tonuge?
Yes. We can request that the Guided Bethel and Met Tours be in your mother tongue. This can not be guaranteed but in most cases can be provided.
Can i reserve over the phone?
Yes. Call 404-590-0320 or 770-904-1837 and ask the sister to book your online reservation over the phone, on your behalf. This will take about 15 minutes and will require your credit card information. She will set up your online account, but you will need to keep track of your own login information. We will not store that information.
Can i fly in to join the trip?
Yes. If you want to fly in to join the trip, fly into RDU and you can take a free stuttle to meet the bus at the Hilton Tru Hotel.

Can we follow behind the bus in our car and tour with the group?
No. For safety and logistical reasons this is not posssible.
Can I go to teatime and the holocaust museum in dc?
Yes. Just not on the same day. There is one Teatime opprotunity, and two Holocaust Museum opprotunities.
I want a specific seat on the bus, can i reserve my prefered seat?
Yes. There is an option to reserve a particular seat on the bus. There is a fee associated with this option. (Fee is waived for those joining in DC) Otherwise, seats are selected on a first come, first serve bases upon entry at the start of the trip. Once you select your seat, it will remain your seat for the entire trip.
Will the Bus wait for late/delayed passengers?
No. Travelers are responsible for joining the bus at the designated location, on time. The bus will not wait. Should travelers miss the pickup time, they may join the group at another pickup location, at their own expense.
Can the bus guarantee pick up and drop off times?
The bus cannot guarantee arrival or departure times because of traffic which is beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to maintain on time arrival and departure times. If you are flying in from other areas to join the trip, we suggest you come in the day before and book return travel for the day after to be safe.
Why do bookings with two guest only come with one king/queen bed?
Hotels charge more for rooms with more beds/capacity. In order to keep the cost as low as possible we quoted the rooms for two with one bed. You are welcome to upgrade to a room with two beds, if needed. One upcharge will cover the cost for the additional bed at all of the hotels.
When are Payments Due?
Deposits are due November 30, 2024 or with Reservation
2nd Payment is due February 15, 2025
Final Payment is due April 1, 2025
Are Payments Refundable?
Your payments is refundable up until it's due date. Example: If you pay your deposit before November 30th, it is refundable until Nov. 29th. As of November 30th it is no longer refundable.
If you must cancel for any reason and you find someone to take your confirmed seat, you are welcome to recoup your deposit or paid trip expense from them. Your reservation is transferable to another Jehovah's Witness in good standing.
If We don't have enough people for the trip and it has to be canceled for this reason, will our money be refunded?
Yes. Your money will be refunded to your original form of payment by WeTravel.
In this unlikly event, you will receive that notice by email and further details. If the trip sells out, it will not be canceled because some people are no longer able to go.
How many bags can I bring?
Per Person:One large suitcase or duffle bag to be stored under the bus
One personal carry onto place in the overhead area. Example: Small backpack or purse. Overhead storage opening is only 7” tall.
If you decide to bring something additional you should be prepare to store it in your lap, if there is no space overhead.
No large coolers permitted.

Will the bus have outlets and Wifi?
Yes. The bus will have outlets to charge devices and Wifi. Wifi signial will vary depending on our location.
where can i park my car?
We do not provide parking for your personal vehicle. The following is for informational purposes only. You will need to make reservations and pay the parking operator directly, if required. In NC you are welcome to park your car at the pick-up and drop-off location at Tru by Hilton Hotel. They charge $70 for the week of parking. We will keep you posted about other parking locations at other pick-up and drop-off locations at least 30 days before the trip.Please speak to the parking provider/location about their liability policy, if applicable. Dolyn Teatime Co cannot ensure the safety of your vehicle.
Will there be a second Bus if the seats sell out?
No. It is too late to arrange a second bus. As you know, tour tickets are very hard to come by these days.
Why did the price decrease?
We were able to secure a lower cost for the Coach Bus with a brother's bus company and your trip cost no longer includes gratuities. It's now optional. When we find savings we are happy to share them with you.
If the price of the trip decreases after i booked will I receive the lower rate?
Yes. Those who booked before November 30th, will always get the best rate available.
is the trip itinerary guaranteed?
The trip itinerary is subject to slight change due to inclement weather, traffic conditions, and/or unforeseen occurrences beyond our control.No refunds are granted for trip interruptions unless you have a travel insurance policy that provides a refund or reimbursement.
Do you provide trip insurance?
No. You are welcome to purchase trip insurance from any third party.

Can I still go on the trip if i am no longer one of jehovah's witnesses at the time of the trip?
No. Please see your dated trip acknowledgment.
