- Payments to secure your seat are refundable if your seating is canceled by the Dolyn Teatime Co., due to the weather
- The deposit is due with booking. Final Payment is due at the event.
- Weather Permitting: If this seating option is canceled due to the weather, you will be refunded if your payment has already been received. If you wish to switch to the indoor event you will need to pay the difference. Subject to availability.
